CNC and conventional machining has become one of the main pillars of our business. This is why we are constantly developing our new production brand: ConMatec.pl. For over three decades we have been developing in the field of machining by producing specialised machine components. Over the years we have gained a great deal of knowledge and experience in both conventional machining technology and precision machining on CNC lathes and CNC milling machines.

Turning
We provide turning parts not only made on CNC machine tools, but also on conventional ones
Milling
We do the milling all kinds of surfaces. From flat to cylindrical surfaces, in various accuracies
Grinding
We grind both planes as well as previously turned parts. In a large dimensional range
The machine tools in our company (conventional and CNC) require a high degree of competence in the production planning process and in the implementation itself. Knowledge and experience successfully enable us to undertake difficult tasks. This is why we aim for the production of both precise machine parts made of various metal alloys, aluminium and brass, as well as larger components used in various branches of industry. The metalworking processes carried out in our company, such as turning, milling, boring, grinding or threading, require an analysis of the key requirements which are placed on the components to be produced. This is an essential stage of production, enabling us to meet the expectations of our customers in terms of quality, price and time needed to provide the service. We make every effort to ensure that each machining process is carried out optimally and that the customer receives what they expect in the final stage.
The production of machine parts in our company is an important pillar of our activity, besides the continuous production of parts for concrete pumps. Mechanical parts manufactured by us are used in construction machines, agricultural machines and other technological equipment. The range of production capabilities of our machine park is very wide. This is fully reflected in the types of components we produce for bearing systems, or components for hydraulic cylinders.
Pins
Pins are components commonly used in mechanical engineering. They are connectors in structures with a joint structure. They connect elements that move relative to each other in mechanical engineering systems.
CFA heads
CFA auger heads are another production proposal that the company has launched for the drilling and geotechnical industry. Heads (connectors) are used to drive CFA augers.
Cylinder pistons
Cylinder pistons (with double piston rod) are used in double acting hydraulic cylinders. These cylinders, having double-sided piston rod are widely used.
Hydraulics
We have been a manufacturer of hydraulic coponents since the very beginning of our company. The production of hydraulic elements accounts for a significant share of the total production in our company. In our case, due to servicing and modernising concrete pumps, we have become specialists in this industry. Our many years of experience in manufacturing hydraulic cylinders have meant that our company is able to offer hydraulic cylinders and components in accordance with ISO 3320 and ISO 6022 and ISO 6020/1.

We have been a manufacturer of hydraulic coponents since the very beginning of our company. The production of hydraulic elements accounts for a significant share of the total production in our company. In our case, due to servicing and modernising concrete pumps, we have become specialists in this industry. Our many years of experience in manufacturing hydraulic cylinders have meant that our company is able to offer hydraulic cylinders and components in accordance with ISO 3320 and ISO 6022 and ISO 6020/1.
Technical rubber products
We offer high quality technical rubber products used in various branches of the industry. The range of available products includes various rubber elements produced by vulcanisation in moulds and by cast elastomer technology with chemical curing. The most important product groups include seals in various types and variants, pistons, vibration isolators, spacer bumpers, shock absorbing bushings, clutch inserts, machine and equipment setup-feet, membranes, shields.
We manufacture technical products from various materials such as oil-resistant compounds, silicone compounds, EPDM, polyurethanes. We deal with bulk production, as well as single pieces production on the basis of technical documentation provided by the customer. Many years of experience allows us to cope with the most difficult tasks, while our machine park for machining provides support in production of moulds.

ConMatec.pl is a production brand of Polmix-Ast Gdańsk. Polmix-Ast was established in 1989 and is still a family company. Since 1995 the company has been located at 48 Sienna Street in Gdansk. The company specialises in concrete pumps, concrete mixers, concrete batching plants and machining. The total area of our premises is 4000 sqm.
