Guide bushings for hydraulic cylinders

The production of complete hydraulic cylinders obviously means that our company is able to carry out the production of all their components. Therefore, the Guide bushings for hydraulic cylinders are produced both as components of the cylinder itself, as well as independent spare parts upon customers’ needs. These details can be provided according to the documentation prepared by our engineering team. They can include a series of sleeves leading to cylinders in MF3, MT4, MP5 standards. We also have unlimited technological possibilities for making guide bushings with an individual design, tailored to the specific model of a hydraulic cylinder.

What guide bushings do we produce?

In the field of execution variants, we manufacture guide bushings in varieties in which the piston rod is operated:

  • in a bronze sleeve;
  • through composite guide elements.

However, in variants in which the seal of the piston rod is carried out by using:

  • sealing packet;
  • lip seals;
  • compact seals;

The dimension range of the hydraulic cylinder liners that our company is able to implement includes the series of guide bushings for piston rod diameters from Φ16 to Φ200.

For the production of guide sleeves, steel grades C 45 and 42 CrMo4 are mainly used. For the production of guide bushes with a bronze guide, the main materials used for this are CuAl10Fe3Mn2 and CuSn10P bronzes.
