CNC turning is a machining process in which material that is not required is separated from a blank piece with a turning tool. So that the detail gets the desired shape. Simple and complex shapes of rotating solid bodies can be obtained by turning. This machining can be divided into external and internal turning and turning on conventional lathes and numerically controlled machine tools (so called CNC). Our company has a wide range of machinery that enables turning jobs to be carried out in both conventional and numerical systems.
Standard CNC and conventional lathes in our machine park enable the production of turned parts with the following edge parameters:
• maximum turning diameter: shaft up to Φ 500 mm above the bed, flange element: up to mm 600 mm;
• maximum turning length: 2000 mm;
• Maximum workpiece weight: 800 kg;
while heavy duty lathes allow the production of elements with the following parameters:
• maximum turning diameter: shaft up to Ø 800 mm above the bed, flange element: up to Ø 900 mm;
• maximum turning length: 3000 mm
• maximum workpiece weight: 3000 kg.
