Hydraulic cylinders are main components in the design of hydraulic systems. Their operating principle is based on the conversion of hydraulic energy into reciprocating movement. The transfer of pressure energy in the system occurs through the movement of the piston rod or plunger. In terms of construction, in the variety of hydraulic cylinders we can distinguish:
- single-acting / double-acting cylinders;
- piston cylinders / plunger;
- cylinders with one-side piston rod / with both-sides piston rod;
In terms of assembly details, we distinguish the following varieties of cylinders manufactured by us according to the series based on the PN-EN ISO 3320 standard:
- mounting through pins on self-aligning bearings;
- fastening on the front / rear flang
- fixing on pins.

Hydraulic cylinders according to this series are used in many industries – from technological machines and production lines to agricultural machinery, mining and construction machinery. The basic material used for the piston rods of the cylinders is C45 steel and for the version of highly loaded cylinders – induction hardened material C45H. The bodies of hydraulic cylinders are made in H8 tolerance from honed cylinder-pipe. Our hydraulic cylinders use seals from well-known companies – such as Freundenberg-Simrit, Busak & Shamban / Trelleborg. Variety of solutions for the sealing nodes used in our cylinders depend on the characteristics of the cylinder’s operation, and above all on the operating pressures anticipated for the cylinder.
