Pipeline flanges are joints in piping installations. The flanges have an collar structure and, depending on the design of the connection system of the pipeline elements, they are welded to the pipe or screwed or clamped on the conveying pipe in the installation. The design of the flange itself is also fully related to the type of sealing that is used in the pipeline system. In the field of pipeline systems for concrete pumping, two pipeline diameters are common:
- DN 100;
- DN 125
Occasionally we can meet with less popular pipelinesągami:
- DN 150;
- DN 75.
Pipeline flanges – application.
All of them, depending on the working pressures of the pumped medium, are used in pipelines with 4.0 – 5.0 mm or 7.1 – 8.0 mm walls. Depending on the application, there is also the type of joints and seals required for the type of pipeline flanges. Commonly used are the pipelines with the system:
- STK (SK) connections – for pressures up to 85 bar;
- ORZX and ORS type connections – for pressure 130 bar.
Sample pipeline flanges manufactured in our factory.
Our company produces pipeline flanges in a very wide range of diameters. Also in many variants found in the concrete or related pumps industry. Based on our machine park, we are able to perform any production – even single-unit special types. Based on CNC turning technologies, we implement large batches of the most common pipeline flanges.
