Polmix-AST, operating under the brand name Conmatec, deals with production of technical rubber moulded products in rubber compound vulcanisation technology.
Rubber products are made according to technical documentation provided by customer, as well as from customer’s forms or on the basis of patterns of demo-product.
We also offer the possibility to design moulds and manufacture them.
We manufacture technical seals, vibration isolators, membranes, suction cups, rubber and rubber-metal elements. Technical rubber products are made from rubber mixtures based on natural and synthetic rubber. Depending on the ingredients added to the mixture, the finished product will have different properties. This makes it possible to produce rubber elements with the desired parameters depending on the application.

The technology of compression moulding allows us to produce products in various shapes, colours, sizes in large batches as well as short series for individual orders. The main compounds used in production are NBR, EPDM, FPM, SBR, VMQ, as well as NR and silicones.
