POLMIX-AST company operating under Conmatec.pl brand is a manufacturer of rubber / silicone suction cups. We produce rubber suction cups in a wide range of sizes and shapes. The products are created on the basis of silicone and rubber mixtures. Thanks to this they show different parameters in terms of hardness and resistance to the environment in which they operate. Appropriately selected compounds ensure application in the food industry. Smooth and even contact surface ensures reliable and safe bonding with the handled with the handled object. The main advantage of rubber/silicone suction cups is that they do not damage the surfaces to which they adhere.

Suction cups provide:

• Safe handling of objects
• Stability of the object being handled

For the production of vacuum suction cups, the most common materials used are – MVQ silicone rubber compound, whose chemical is: poly methyl vinyl siloxane. It is characterised by high resistance to crushing, tearing, breaking. It retains its parameters in a wide temperature range from -60 to +180 degrees Celsius. Products from MVQ rubbers also show resistance to ultraviolet and infrared radiation.

NBR rubbers. This compound has good resistance to mineral oils, lubricants, diluted acids, fuels, propane, butane and many other substances. It is a material with good mechanical properties and medium hardness. NBR rubber is the most popular material for the production of suction cups.

Conmatec.pl manufactures silicone and rubber suction cups both in large quantity batches as well as in short series for individual orders, for example from moulds supplied by the customer. It is possible to design moulds and produce them on the basis of supplied samples.
