POLMIX-AST company operating under Conmatec.pl brand is a manufacturer of rubber shock absorbers. They are used everywhere where devices are the source of vibrations and noise. Thanks to the possibility of using various mixtures and hardness of rubber it is possible to significantly reduce vibrations of devices depending on the environment in which they operate. They are used not only for industrial purpose, but also in home-applications, e.g. when installing hydrophores. Vibrations are dissipated by the rubber shock absorbers by deforming the connector. This reduces the propagation of vibrations and lowers the forces acting on the place where the vibration generating device is installed.

We also produce rubber-metal shock absorbers, which are used in various industries and automotive industry. Rubber-metal shock absorbers are produced with the vulcanisation technology and their composition is based on rubber mixtures, which allow them to be used within a wide range of temperatures or pressures. Shock absorbers are made of a special NR rubber compound with high strength and mechanical parameters, resistant to ageing and abrasion.

NR (natural rubber) – Very good physical properties (abrasion and tear resistance, low temperature resistance, high tensile strength). Fatigue resistance and good vibration damping. Very good compression set.

Conmatec.pl manufactures rubber shock absorbers in both large quantities and short series for individual orders, for example from moulds supplied by the customer. It is possible to design the moulds and produce them on the basis of provided absorber samples.
